If we process data of individuals acting on behalf of a legal entity, such processing is covered by REGEMAT’s legitimate interest. Only business contact data and, if applicable, job position data will be processed.

REGEMAT’s social media profiles will not involve data processing beyond what the social network itself allows for corporate profiles. REGEMAT may use these profiles to inform followers of its activities, events, services, or products, and to share relevant industry-related information. REGEMAT does not extract data directly from the social network.
MINORS
Minors may not use the services available on the website without prior authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all actions taken on the website by the minors in their care, including the completion of forms and the acceptance of any associated checkboxes.
